Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We have a strict no-refund policy for all services offered at Rover Park Spa. We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. This policy allows us to maintain a high level of service to all of our clients and ensures that our staff members are compensated fairly for their time.
